I just could not pass up the awesome sunrise this morning.
Today I heard the Pennsylvania Northeastern local coming up from Souderton. During the fall and winter months, I can see the train crossing Reliance Road through the trees. Today, it was the ex-CN SD40-2W #5315, still in the former road's paint scheme. They were still working the interchange with the East Penn Railroad in town when I got there. With all of the snow, it's hard to tell where this was shot.
The moon looked so cool rising up above the neighbor's house, that Daniel & I decided to go out around 9:00 and try and capture it. (Still need some practice with night photography!)
