The Old Reading Mainline 1/13/14
It took longer than I had expected, but a train shot was inevitable. Railroad photography is in my blood (my uncle and grandfather we both avid rail and trolley photographers) and now, so is my son Daniel. This is a shot looking towards route 309 from Washington Avenue in Telford, PA. Just a few hundred feet away is where my mom used to take me to a park to play when I was little, and watch Reading Railroad freight trains rumble through town. This is now part of the Pennsylvania Northeastern Railroad, where it interchanges with the East Penn Railroad.
