This year we decided to try something totally different for Christmas Day. We took the boys to see the annual reenactment of Washington and his troops crossing the Delaware River, just as they did on Christmas day in 1776. This is a shot of the first boat landing on the Nj side.
I decided to check out a spot that I am eyeing up for fall foliage. This is a little pond on Ridge Valley Road. The barn is is the same one that I shot the old cars in back on March 26th. Imagine this with all the colors of fall!
Tonight brought me to a little known fishing spot called Skymount Lake. It is located on Long Road in Green Lane, PA. The sun was setting over the ridge behind me and lighting up the tree line across the lake. As I was photographing the fisherman in the distance, a man dropped off his row boat, and went to park his truck. That is his Sears row boat in the foreground.
